Nikki Rose Katz, LCSW
Hello! I’m Nikki.
If you are looking for mental health and healing, I’m here for you.
The invisible pressure of navigating a life full of change, other people, and responsibility can feel overwhelming and cause rapid thoughts, tensions that don’t release, sadness, self-doubt, and emotional overload. I can support you in creating clarity, space, relief, and an inner place to feel most yourself while strengthening your sense of values, voice, and meaning. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and a life long artist, I am uniquely equipped to bring a holistic lens to therapy, supporting your growth with creativity, empathy, and thoughtful grace.
My focus is supporting adults (20+) manage depression, Persistent Depressive Disorder (PDD), Panic Disorder, General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), social anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Binge Eating Disorder (BED), and body image concerns — all with a trauma informed perspective — so you can thrive in both work and life.
You can be empowered to find balance, foster resilience, and create meaningful and lasting transformation. Therapy with me is collaborative, calming, restorative, and sometimes even fun! We work together using skills systems including DBT, CTB, and ACT, and we mindfully explore the past being aware of any traumas. Together, we build effective coping strategies and behaviors, cultivate personal breakthroughs in understanding, deepen mental health education, develop centering techniques, form and establish positive habits, and incorporate breath work.
Explore what life can be when mental health and well-being become a priority with a kind, knowledgable, and patient guide.
